Custom Illustrations based on a client's request. Proper communication is important as the client is sent progress updates and potential schedule changes. The need to be professional yet friendly to clients is of utmost importance. Meeting deadlines is crucial along with being responsible with handling the client's payments.

L.L.Bean Sales Representative

November, 2024 - Present

Seasonal Retail position for the Christmas season. Responsibilities include helping and informing customers, filling out order slips for customers who want to order items in store, restocking and replenishing the sales floor, recovery during closing,  and making sure all customers are checked in with and feel welcome in the store.

Also trained in OMNI + BOPIS services, the online order services where online orders are pulled from the sales floor or back storage and are packed to be shipped out or picked up in store.  Orders that are to be picked up in store are properly labeled and placed in locked quick access cages.

Anime Zakka Retail Associate and Artist

April, 2022 - May, 2024

Worked the register, priced items, greeted customers, helped customers find the merchandise they wanted, and floated on the floor when the volume of customers got high. Being friendly and understanding with customers was a must, especially around convention season as well as holidays.  Also, created original fan art designs to be printed on shirts and would also do basic jewelry/accessory repair and modification.

Was one of the keyholders/shift lead and had some managerial roles within the store, such as select back storage access as well as opening up the store in the mornings, helping close the store in the evenings, and training any new employees whenever necessary. Helped manage and count inventory while logging items into the online Shopify database while also being product quality control.

MassArt Orientation Primer

June 10 - September 1, 2021

A Student Leadership Position. Helped the incoming freshmen move into the residence halls as well as gave them city and campus tours. Was responsible for answering any questions the freshmen had as well as hosted activities over the summer through Discord.
